Did you know...?

Kitchen tables, dining tables etc. have an installation height of approx. 74cm. tables have an installation height of approx. 77cm. Nobody knows why, at least these high tables are unattractive and uncomfortable. We offer you both installation heights. When you place your order, you only specify the installation height you prefer.

We construct our Furniture for longevity and absolute and safe resilience.

The three-layer wooden board we use is characterized by break resistance in longitudinal and transverse directions. In the surface layers we ensure that they are free of wing knots and that the knots themselves are not larger than a euro piece, as this would weaken the wood structure. The frames with material thicknesses of up to 10mm are extremely robust and therefore ideally suited for use in commercial marquees and outdoor partys.

Garden benches and table set standard

Benches standard — Bench set standard no.108 with 220 cm length

The standard length is 2.20m. Table and bench widths are selectable.

Colour: natural, green lacquered frame. Also available in black and galvanized.

We call this model with a length of 2.20m, a bench width of 27cm and a table width of 50cm a standard set, since this model is mainly used in commercial marquees in large quantities.

For 8 - 10 persons suitable and comfortable to use.

This variant is now very often bought by beverage dealers, because this short variant fits in almost every trunk, but a 220cm long set does not. That means that the customers can transport their beverages and the Festzeltgarnit?ren themselves. Thus transport costs are void in substantial extent, which the customer would not like to pay anyway usually .

Table and benches set without backrest with anthracite grey RAL 7016 glazed wood panels. The colour pigments of this wood preservative glaze are very opaque, which almost covers the wood structure. The T-shaped frames give the table and benches set optimum legroom. The frames are galvanized and then powder-coated in black.

Wood colour: Natural, galvanised frame. The wood colours natural lacquered and thin layer glaze in the wood colour walnut are usually in stock and can be delivered within 24 hours in Germany.

The wood colours teak, ebony, Rio rosewood, Oregon pine, oak, fir green and mahogany can be produced within 3 days, thin layer glaze in the colour white takes 4 days.

The 80's brewery set shown with extra wide benches consists of a table 220 X 80cm with galvanized and above it black powder-coated frames and two extra wide benches 220 cm X 40 cm, also with galvanized and above the galvanization black powder-coated frames. The extra wide benches with 40 cm seat width are clearly superior to normal benches in terms of stability and comfort.

The three times white glazed table and benches set has table frames in T-shape. The advantage of these table frames is the perfect legroom, which also allows a problem-free sitting at the head end. This table and benches set has black lacquered standard table frames with white lacquered three-layer spruce wood tops. Thin-layer glazes in white are not as opaque as dark colours. For this reason, these wood panels are always glazed three times. Three-times glazing of wood panels with thin-layer glaze prolongs the production time by one day compared to twice glazed wood panels.

Bench set with two benches 164 X 35cm and table 164 X 70cm. The wooden surface in ebony was varnished twice. As bench frames we used our standard bench frames No.202 galvanized and our standard table frames No.201 galvanized. The tables are available with an installation height of 74.5cm or 77cm.

Thin film glazes can be coloured in almost all RAL colours, with the exception of special effects such as
e.g. glittering metal particles. The table and benches set shown has powder-coated fittings RAL 1035 pearl beige, red bench tops and a white table. The picture shows the typical translucency of the wood structure for thin-layer glazes. The table offers maximum legroom and requires with this type of table frame also no continuous screws.

Table and benches set with wooden panels in anthracite. The frames are black powder-coated and the wooden plates have no rounded corners and edges, but broken corners and edges. The corners and edges of these wooden panels are not rounded, but simply milled straight. At the outer edges the sharp edges were chamfered approx. 2mm.

Dark glazed pub set without backrest with Douglas fir wood panels, galvanised fittings. Our marquee furniture can be manufactured with either Douglas fir or spruce wood panels. The used glaze tone is called walnut or very often also walnut brown. This wood surface is optimal for table and benches sets, garden furniture and table and benches sets, because it never peels off, it is water-repellent, scratch-resistant and can be post-treated without sanding.

Marquee set no. 191 — Marquee set with 164 cm length

For marquee sets with a length of 164 cm, the legs of the table must be attached almost completely on the outside, because otherwise the table frames will hit each other when folded in. The last frame falls onto the previously folded frame, which then cannot snap into the snap lock. If desired, the table legs can also be moved further inwards, but this requires a folding of the table frames on top of each other.

Table and bench tops were glazed with the colour RAL 3001 red. The frames are classic standard table and bench frames painted black. At the head end there are short benches of 100 cm length, which increase the maximum number of seats from 10 to 12 people. The bench set has a length of 220 cm and a width of 27 cm, which is mainly used for tent rental in Germany. At 58 cm, the table is slightly wider than standard brewery sets.

Table and benches set with the typical standard dimensions for festival tent operation. Table 220 X 50cm, benches 220 X 27cm. The wooden panels have been treated twice with an ebony coloured thin layer glaze and the fittings are galvanized.

This table and benches set has a length of 140cm, a table width of 50cm and a bench width of 29cm. The wooden surface was glazed in teak and then painted over with Clourethan synthetic resin varnish. Clourethan synthetic resin lacquer has a very high synthetic resin content, forms a thick lacquer layer and is also suitable for stairs and heavily loaded wooden surfaces due to its very high abrasion resistance. Table and benches sets with this wooden surface should only be used indoors.

This variant of our table and benches sets has benches with a width of 27cm to 40cm. The benches also have a long boom at the bottom of the frame. This extended outrigger makes these benches to the rear absolutely tip-safe. These wide benches without backrest are considerably more comfortable than benches with a standard width.

Then put the stencils back into the supplied packaging and send them back to us.
